Can I drop my cards off in person?

Currently we do not offer walkthrough submissions, drop offs or pick ups. All submissions must be mailed in to our receiving address provided on your submission form.

Tracking shows my parcel has been delivered but not picked up?

Parcels are collected 1-2 times per week. It is normal for your parcel to be awaiting collection at our PO Box. You will be notified via email once your submission has been picked up and processed by us.

What type of holder should I send my cards in?

Accepted Answer

We accept all types of holders however we recommend the use of semi rigid holders to send your cards in to us. Please see our shipping guide for more information.

How much does return shipping cost?

Accepted Answer

The return shipping cost for your order is calculated at the end of your submission form. It includes tracking and signature on delivery. Shipping insurance is added equal to the insurance amount entered on your submission form.
