Place each card into a penny sleeve then place each card into a semi-rigid holder.

*Top loaders may also be used, however for best protection we recommend using semi-rigid holders and following this guide.

Do not send cards in One Touch Cases or Screw Downs.

Arrange your cards into the order in which they were entered into your submission form.

Place your stack of cards in between two pieces of appropriately sized cardboard, securing with rubber bands. The bands do not need to tightly compress the stack, they just need to prevent the card holders from slipping out.

Important: You will need to write down your submission number and include it somewhere inside your package. The best place to write this is on the secured cardboard.

Wrap your cards with additional packing materials to protect them and fill the empty space, then place them into a cardboard shipping box.

*If you do not have a suitable shipping box or packing materials on hand you will be able to purchase them at an Australia Post outlet.
